hi, i’m tip(he/they). welcome to my digispace. i’m a filipino-american, interdisciplinary artist and maker currently living in the illegally occupied kingdom of hawaii, on the island of maui. i co-run lucky pocket press with my best friend, i think we make some pretty cool books. i also co-run filipino potters, a collective and (hopefully) one day a directory of filipino ceramicists in north america and beyond. i work as a glaze technician at my local pottery studio, and i'm almost always covered in dust or mud. i’ve been wanting to make my own website for a while, and i’ve finally done it. i’m happy with something simple and playful like this, as i feel like it represents my work and my personality better. i think many artists struggle with feeling 'pigeonholed' into a certain look or aesthetic. this website is my effort to feel like i don't have to limit myself for the sake of my identity. i know it’s pretty basic because i don’t know much about HTML, but i hope you enjoy your visit!
